From the central area of Macasandig, head towards the main road (C.M. Recto Avenue). Walk towards the east until you reach the junction with Yacapin Street. Cross the street and continue walking on Yacapin Street until you reach the intersection with Capistrano Street. Turn left onto Capistrano Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Upper Aluba Road. Mikko's City View Ridge is located further up Upper Aluba Road, so continue walking straight. The walk should take about 20-25 minutes.
