Car
From Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at the Lipa exit. After exiting, turn left onto the National Road and follow the signs towards Lipa City. Drive straight until you reach the intersection with the Batangas National Road (also known as the STAR Tollway). Follow the road signs toward Batangas City. After approximately 22 kilometers, you will reach the town of Lipa. Continue driving until you reach the intersection for Barangay Bulalacao. Turn right and follow the road until you see signs directing you to Bulalacao Falls. There may be a small parking fee at designated areas near the falls.
