If you're driving from Manila, take South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at Calamba. From the Calamba exit, follow signs for Los Baños. Continue straight on the National Road until you reach the town center. Once in Los Baños, look for the University of the Philippines Los Baños. The Makiling Botanic Gardens is located within the university campus. You can park at the university and walk to the gardens.

Public Transportation
To reach the Makiling Botanic Gardens via public transportation, you can take a bus from Manila to Los Baños. Buses leave from various terminals in Manila, such as the Buendia or Cubao bus terminals. Once you arrive in Los Baños, take a tricycle to the University of the Philippines Los Baños campus. Inform the driver you want to go to the Makiling Botanic Gardens, which is situated within the campus. The tricycle ride should take around 10-15 minutes.

If you are in Tagaytay, drive down to the Sta. Rosa exit of SLEX. From there, head towards Los Baños on the national road. After entering Los Baños, look for the University of the Philippines Los Baños. The Makiling Botanic Gardens is located inside the campus. There are parking areas available for visitors.

If you are in Calamba, you can take a jeepney bound for Los Baños. Once you reach Los Baños, get off at the town center. From there, you can take a tricycle to the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Let the driver know that you are headed to the Makiling Botanic Gardens within the campus.
