If you're driving from Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at Santa Rosa. Follow the signs to Tagaytay via the Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road. Once in Tagaytay, drive along the main road (Aguinaldo Highway) and turn right onto Hollywood Subdivision Road. Continue straight until you reach Museo Orlina on your left.

To reach Museo Orlina via public transportation, take a bus bound for Tagaytay from the bus terminals in Manila (Pasay or Cubao). Once you arrive at the Tagaytay bus terminal, you can take a jeepney or tricycle to Hollywood Subdivision Road.
