If you're driving to Cloud 9 Surfing Area from any location in Caraga, first head towards Surigao City. Take the national highway and follow the signs leading to Siargao Island. You will need to take a ferry from Surigao City to Dapa, Siargao Island. The ferry ride costs approximately PHP 200-300 per person and takes about 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Dapa, follow the road signs to General Luna, which is around a 30-minute drive. Continue on the road towards Cloud 9 Surfing Area located at R578+F36 Siargao Island, General Luna. Parking is available at the surfing area.

Public Transportation (Bus and Ferry)
Begin your journey by taking a bus from your location in Caraga to Surigao City. Bus fares generally range from PHP 100-200 depending on the distance. Upon arrival at Surigao City, head to the port and catch a ferry to Dapa, Siargao Island. The ferry ticket will cost you approximately PHP 200-300. Once you reach Dapa, you can find a van or motorcycle taxi to take you to General Luna, which is about a 30-minute ride. The fare for the van might be around PHP 50-100 per person, while motorcycle taxis charge per ride, generally around PHP 200-300.
