Car
If you're driving, start from the city of Surigao. Head east on the National Road (also known as the Surigao-San Francisco Road) towards Socorro. Follow the signs for Socorro and continue for approximately 37 kilometers. Once you reach Socorro, look for signage pointing to Sohoton Cove. There will be a road leading to the entrance of the Sohoton Cove National Park. Note that parking is available at the entrance, and there might be a parking fee, so have some cash ready.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Surigao City, take a bus heading to Socorro. The buses typically leave from the Surigao City Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, so be sure to check the bus schedules in advance. Once you arrive in Socorro, you can hire a tricycle or a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the entrance of Sohoton Cove. Expect to pay around PHP 50-100 for the tricycle ride.

Boat
After reaching the entrance of Sohoton Cove National Park, you will need to take a boat to explore the cove. Several local boat operators offer guided tours, and the cost typically ranges from PHP 1,500 to PHP 3,000, depending on the size of the boat and the duration of the tour. Be sure to negotiate and agree on the price before boarding the boat.

If you're in Socorro town, you can take a tricycle directly to the Sohoton Cove entrance. The fare for this short ride is usually around PHP 50-100. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before departure.
