Follow the signs for Agusan del Sur until you reach the junction for Malalag. Turn left onto the road marked for Malalag Ridge. Continue straight until you reach the designated parking area near the entrance of Malalag Ridge. Ensure to check your GPS or a navigation app for real-time directions as road conditions may vary.

From Butuan City, take a bus heading to Agusan del Sur. Buses depart from the main bus terminal located near the city center. Inform the bus conductor that you are heading to Malalag. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the Malalag junction. Here, you can hire a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you directly to Malalag Ridge. The fare for the habal-habal is around PHP 50-100 depending on the negotiation and distance. Make sure to agree on the price before starting your ride.

If you are already close to Malalag Ridge and need to cover the last stretch, you can opt for a habal-habal. These motorcycle taxis are a convenient way to navigate the local roads.
