  If you're traveling by car in Caraga, head towards the Surigao City area and take the Surigao-Davao Coastal Road (also known as National Route 62) heading south. The drive will take approximately 5-6 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you reach Butuan City, you can continue south on the Agusan del Norte-Agusan del Sur road until you reach the junction for the Mindanao region. Follow the signs towards Davao City, which will guide you towards the central areas of Mindanao. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as there are long stretches without gas stations.

  For travelers preferring public transportation, you can take a bus from various points in Caraga. Buses regularly travel from Butuan City to Davao City. Look for bus companies such as Bachelor Express or Rural Transit, which have terminals in Butuan. The trip can take around 6-8 hours, and tickets typically cost between 400-600 PHP. Make sure to check the schedule and book your tickets in advance, especially during peak travel seasons.

  Another option is to use a van or 'v-hire' service from key locations such as Butuan or Surigao City. These vans are faster than buses and generally take about 5-7 hours to reach Davao City. They depart when full, so you might have to wait if you are traveling alone. The fare is usually around 500-700 PHP, depending on your departure point.

• Air Travel

  If you are looking for a quicker option, consider flying from Bancasi Airport in Butuan City to Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao City. Airlines such as Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific operate this route. Flight time is about 1 hour, but consider the additional time for check-in and airport transfers. Flights can vary in price, but expect to pay around 1,500-3,000 PHP for a one-way ticket.
