If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the city of Surigao. Take the National Road heading east towards Del Carmen. The drive is approximately 30 kilometers and will take about 45 minutes. Look for signs indicating Del Carmen, as you will pass through a few small towns along the way. Once you arrive in Del Carmen, follow the signs toward Sugba Lagoon, which is located in the vicinity of the Del Carmen Mangrove Park. There is a parking area available near the lagoon, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

From Surigao City, you can take a van or bus to Del Carmen. Head to the van terminal (usually located near the public market).
