Make sure to ask the driver or conductor if they are going to Mactan Island, as you will need to cross the bridge. The fare is approximately 30-50 pesos. Once you reach the main road in Lapu-Lapu, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the Olango Island Wildlife Sanctuary. From there, you can take a short tricycle ride to the sanctuary, which is located at 62VF+PQW.
