Abam's guide was amazing. It was a private tour, but they said they would ask, they would leave me alone when I was quiet, and the care they took was amazing. They were very aggressive in filming as well! Private tours are also recommended for abam.

He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing so much about Cebu’s history, culture, and local landmarks in a way that kept all of us engaged—including our 15-year-old, which is no small feat! What really stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating he was. When rain hit during our first mountain stop, Joey patiently waited it out so we could enjoy the stunning views and take beautiful photos instead of rushing us along. Even with the weather delay, we never felt hurried and still experienced everything at a relaxed pace. If you’re visiting Cebu, we highly recommend requesting Joey as your guide.
