Abam's guide was amazing. It was a private tour, but they said they would ask, they would leave me alone when I was quiet, and the care they took was amazing. They were very aggressive in filming as well! Private tours are also recommended for abam.

Cebu City Half-Day Tour Temple of Leah & Sirao Garden
A simple but yet nice tour of the city
We had an amazing experience with our driver Marlito who was professional and even improvised himself has a photograph! We visited simala shrine, temple of Leah, sirao Garden and Tops of Cebu. Everything was smooth, we even got to tried Lechon ! All the attractions were nice and we got to see a bit of the city. I would definitely recommend this tour. It included pick up/ drop off which made our experience hassle free.
