Follow the signs to Tarlac City. From Tarlac, take the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) towards Mangatarem. Exit at Mangatarem and follow local directions to Sitio Libag. The journey takes about 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic. You may need to pay tolls at NLEX, SCTEX, and TPLEX.

For public transportation, take a bus from Manila to Mangatarem. Buses like Victory Liner and Partas offer routes to Mangatarem. The journey may take approximately 4 to 5 hours. Upon arrival in Mangatarem, you can hire a tricycle or local jeepney to Sitio Libag, which is about 30 minutes away from the bus terminal. Ensure you have small bills for the fare, which is around PHP 50-100.

Once you arrive in Mangatarem via bus, you can take a tricycle to Canding/Kanding Falls. Tricycles are commonly available at the bus terminal.
