Follow this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Bilar. Once in Bilar, look for Loay Interior Road. The entrance to the Bilar Man-Made Forest is located along Loay Interior Road. There are signs directing you to the forest, and you can park your car nearby.

To reach Bilar Man-Made Forest by public transportation, take a bus from Tagbilaran City to Loboc. Buses and vans for Loboc depart frequently from the Dao Terminal. After arriving in Loboc, take a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to Bilar. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Bilar Man-Made Forest. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. The forest is accessible and visible from Loay Interior Road, where the habal-habal can drop you off.
