If you are driving to Bilar Man-Made Forest, start from Tagbilaran City, the capital of Bohol. Head northeast on J.A. Clarin Street, then turn left onto the Carlos P. Garcia Avenue. Follow this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Bilar. Once in Bilar, look for Loay Interior Road. The entrance to the Bilar Man-Made Forest is located along Loay Interior Road. There are signs directing you to the forest, and you can park your car nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Bilar Man-Made Forest by public transportation, take a bus from Tagbilaran City to Loboc. Buses and vans for Loboc depart frequently from the Dao Terminal. After arriving in Loboc, take a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to Bilar. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Bilar Man-Made Forest. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. The forest is accessible and visible from Loay Interior Road, where the habal-habal can drop you off.
