Car
If you are driving, start from Tacloban City, the capital of Leyte. Take the Maharlika Highway (AH26) heading to Biliran. After about 2 hours, you'll reach the Biliran Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on the road to Naval, the capital of Biliran. Once in Naval, follow the signs to Agpangi Brown Beach, which is located at H9QW+J84. The beach is just a few minutes away from the town center. Make sure to check your GPS for the most accurate directions.

From Tacloban City, board a bus going to Naval. The bus ride will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the traffic and road conditions. Once you arrive in Naval, you can take a tricycle (local motorcycle taxi) to Agpangi Brown Beach. The tricycle fare is usually around PHP 50-100, depending on your negotiation skills and the distance.
