Getting There

  If you're traveling by car, start from Tacloban City, the capital of Eastern Visayas. Take the Maharlika Highway (also known as Route 1) heading north towards Northern Samar. The drive will take approximately 4 to 5 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the town of San Isidro, look for signs directing you to the Biri Island Ferry Terminal. You will need to park your car in a designated area near the terminal, as cars are not allowed on Biri Island.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those using public transportation, board a bus from Tacloban City to Allen, Northern Samar. Buses leave regularly from the Tacloban Bus Terminal. The journey usually takes around 4 hours. Upon arriving in Allen, you will find tricycles or jeepneys that can take you to the Biri Island Ferry Terminal. The fare for the tricycle is approximately PHP 50-100.

• Local Transportation (Tricycle)

  After arriving on Biri Island, you can hire a tricycle to take you to the Biri Beautiful Rock Formation. The tricycle fare varies, but it generally ranges from PHP 50-200 depending on your negotiation skills and the distance. Ensure you communicate clearly with the driver about your destination.
