If you're driving from Tacloban City, head north on the Maharlika Highway (AH26) towards the town of Allen. The distance is approximately 150 kilometers and will take around 3-4 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Allen, you will take a ferry to Biri Island. The ferry terminal is located at the port in Allen. The ferry ride to Biri takes about 30 minutes and costs around 20-50 PHP per person. Upon arrival at Biri Island, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the Biri Rock Formation, which is located approximately 20 minutes away by tricycle or motorbike.

From Tacloban City, board a bus heading to Allen (the buses leave from the Tacloban Bus Terminal). The bus fare is around 150-200 PHP and the journey will take approximately 3-4 hours. Upon arriving at Allen, you can catch a ferry to Biri Island from the port. The ferry costs around 20-50 PHP and takes about 30 minutes.
