If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Tacloban City. Head northwest on the Maharlika Highway (AH26) towards Biliran Province. Once you reach the town of Biliran, continue towards the municipality of Cabucgayan. Look for signs directing you to Casiawan Falls. The exact address is FHX9+GJ2, Cabucgayan, Biliran. There is a small parking area near the falls where you can leave your vehicle.

From Tacloban City, take a bus or van heading to Naval, Biliran. The fare is approximately PHP 150. Once in Naval, transfer to a local jeepney heading to Cabucgayan. The jeepney fare is around PHP 30. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Casiawan Falls. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1-2 kilometers along a dirt path, so wear comfortable shoes. The falls are located at FHX9+GJ2, Cabucgayan, Biliran.
