From Naval, you will take the road heading to the Nasunugan Watchtower Ruins. Follow the local road signs to FF8H+2V3, Biliran, which is the exact location of the ruins. Parking may be available nearby.

For public transportation, take a bus from Tacloban City to Naval, Biliran. Buses leave regularly from the Tacloban City Bus Terminal and the journey takes about 3-4 hours. Upon arrival in Naval, you can hire a tricycle or a local jeepney to take you to the Nasunugan Watchtower Ruins. Make sure to show the driver the location FF8H+2V3, and agree on a fare before starting the trip. The fare for the tricycle ride should typically range from 50 to 150 PHP depending on the distance.
