If you are driving from Tacloban City, take the Maharlika Highway (also known as Route 1) heading towards Biliran Province. The journey will take approximately 3-4 hours. Once you reach the Biliran Province, continue on until you reach Almeria. Look for the signs that point to Pondol Falls. The exact coordinates are 11.6207799 latitude and 124.4202364 longitude. Park your car in a safe area nearby and proceed on foot to the falls.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Tacloban City, head to the bus terminal and take a bus bound for Naval, Biliran. The fare will typically be around PHP 150-200. The bus journey can take about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive in Naval, transfer to a local jeepney or tricycle heading to Almeria. The fare for this ride is about PHP 20-30. After reaching Almeria, ask locals for directions to Pondol Falls, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the town center.
Public Transportation (Jeepney or Tricycle)
