By Car
If you're driving to Bangui Windmills, head north on the Maharlika Highway (AH26) from Laoag City. The drive takes approximately 30-40 minutes. As you approach Bangui, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the windmills. Turn right onto the road leading to Bangui Bay, and continue until you reach the wind turbines, which are located along the coast.
By Bus
From Laoag City, you can take a bus bound for Pagudpud that stops at Bangui. Several bus companies operate this route, including Partas and Florida. The bus ride costs around PHP 50-70 and takes about 45 minutes. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at the Bangui Windmills. Once you arrive, it’s just a short walk to the viewing area.
By Van
You can also take a van from Laoag City to Bangui. Vans are usually faster than buses and cost approximately PHP 80-100 per person. Head to the van terminal in Laoag and look for vans heading to Pagudpud; tell the driver to drop you off at Bangui Windmills. This journey should take around 30-40 minutes.
By Tricycle
If you're in Bangui town, you can hire a tricycle to take you to the windmills. The fare is usually around PHP 20-50 per person, depending on your bargaining skills and the distance. This is a convenient option if you want to explore the area at your own pace.
