If you're driving to Bangui Windmills, head north on the Maharlika Highway (AH26) from Laoag City. The drive takes approximately 30-40 minutes. As you approach Bangui, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the windmills. Turn right onto the road leading to Bangui Bay, and continue until you reach the wind turbines, which are located along the coast.
