Once you arrive in Vigan City, follow the signs towards the historic district. When you reach the intersection near the Vigan Cathedral, take a right onto Katipunan Street. The Vigan Fil-Hispanic Park will be on your left at H99J+RJF, Katipunan St. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking fees, which can range from 20 to 50 PHP depending on the duration.

By Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Vigan City by bus, you can take a bus from major cities like Laoag or Manila. Buses bound for Vigan are available at the Laoag City Bus Terminal or various bus terminals in Manila. The travel time from Laoag to Vigan is around 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arriving at the Vigan Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle or a jeepney to the historic district. Ask the driver to drop you off at Katipunan Street. The Vigan Fil-Hispanic Park is a short walk from there. Expect to pay around 10-20 PHP for the tricycle or jeepney fare.
