If you are in the city center of Legazpi, start at the Legazpi City Plaza located in Rizal Street. From the plaza, head south towards the intersection of Rizal and Quezon Avenue. Turn left onto Quezon Avenue and continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Barangay 40. From there, take a right onto Old Albay District Road. Continue straight for about 200 meters, and you will see St. Gregory the Great Cathedral on your left, just after the intersection with Santo Domingo Street.
