Follow the signs leading to Tarlac and then to La Union. Once you reach La Union, take the Marcos Highway (also known as the Kennon Road) heading towards Baguio City. As you approach the outskirts of Baguio, keep an eye out for signage toward Kapangan. Continue following the signs for Kapangan until you reach the town center. From Kapangan town proper, look for directional signs to the Amburayan River Picnic Grounds. The last stretch involves navigating smaller local roads, so use a GPS or a map application for precise directions. The total driving time is approximately 6-7 hours depending on traffic conditions.

  To reach Amburayan River Picnic Grounds using public transport, begin your journey at the Victory Liner or Genesis Transport station in Manila. Board a bus heading to Baguio City, which typically takes around 6-7 hours. Once in Baguio, transfer to a local jeepney or minivan bound for Kapangan. The jeepney ride will take about 1-2 hours. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Amburayan River Picnic Grounds; they will drop you off at the nearest point.
