From SCTEX, merge onto McArthur Highway and follow the signs toward Baguio City. Once you reach Baguio, take the scenic route toward Atok and then to Sagada. The Blue Soil Hills is located just outside of Sagada. Be aware that the roads can be steep and winding, so drive carefully. There are no entrance fees for the site itself.
