If you're driving from Manila to Kennon Road Viewpoint, take North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and merge onto Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). Continue on SCTEX until you reach the Tarlac City exit. From there, follow the signs to Baguio City via the MacArthur Highway (AH26). Once you reach Baguio, follow the signs to Kennon Road. The viewpoint is located at Purok 7, Camp 7, which is about 20 minutes from the city center. Make sure to pay any toll fees along the expressways, which can range from 200 to 400 PHP.

To get to Kennon Road Viewpoint using public transportation, head to the bus terminal in Cubao or Pasay City, Manila. Look for buses heading to Baguio, which typically take around 6 to 7 hours. Some popular bus companies include Victory Liner and Genesis Transport. Tickets cost approximately 500 to 800 PHP. Upon arriving at the Baguio bus terminal, you can take a taxi or a local jeepney to Kennon Road. The viewpoint is about 5 km from the bus terminal, and the fare for a jeepney ride is around 10 to 15 PHP or about 100 PHP for a taxi.
