If you're traveling by car, head towards Baguio City. If coming from Manila, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and exit at the SCTEX. Follow signs to Tarlac, then to the MacArthur Highway leading directly to Baguio. Once in Baguio, navigate to N Santo Tomas Rd by using GPS or local maps.
