By Car
If you are traveling by car, you can take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) to SCTEX and then continue on to TPLEX (Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway). Follow the signs towards La Union and then take the exit towards Vigan City. Once you reach Vigan, navigate to Crisologo Street where the Vigan Heritage Site is located. Keep in mind that parking may be limited, so look for designated parking areas nearby.
By Bus
For those using public transportation, head to a bus terminal in Manila, such as the Partas Bus Terminal or Victory Liner Terminal. Purchase a ticket to Vigan City, which may cost around PHP 700-900, depending on the bus line and the class of service. The bus ride will take approximately 8-10 hours. Once you arrive at the Vigan City Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle or a jeepney to Crisologo Street, where the Vigan Heritage Site is located. The fare for a tricycle ride is about PHP 20-30.
By Train and Bus
An alternative route is to take a train from Manila to either Dagupan or San Fernando. From there, you can catch a bus heading to Vigan City. The train fare will vary, but expect to pay around PHP 300-500. After arriving in Dagupan or San Fernando, the bus fare to Vigan will be approximately PHP 250-350. Once in Vigan City, use a tricycle or jeepney to reach Crisologo Street.
