From the Manila Cathedral, head northwest on Cabildo Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with General Luna Street. Turn right onto General Luna Street, and you will find the Plaza San Luis Complex on your left, where Bambike HQ is located at the corner of Real Street.

To get to Bambike Ecotours from Quiapo, take a jeepney heading to Intramuros. Tell the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Intramuros (near the Manila Cathedral). From there, walk to the Manila Cathedral, then follow the walking directions mentioned earlier. Alternatively, you can take a jeepney that goes to 'Plaza San Luis' and get off right outside the complex.
