Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are near the Manila City Hall, start walking towards the direction of the Jones Bridge. From City Hall, head northwest on Padre Burgos Avenue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bridge. Cross Jones Bridge, and once you are on the other side, continue straight onto the road leading to Binondo. After crossing the bridge, you will enter Ongpin Street, which is known for its Chinese restaurants and shops. Keep walking for about 500 meters, and you will see the Binondo Chinatown Arch on your left side at the intersection of Ongpin and Padre Burgos Avenue.

  • LRT (Light Rail Transit)

    Take the LRT Line 1 from any station closest to you. If you are in the area of the Central Manila, board the train at the Tayuman station heading to Baclaran. Disembark at the Recto station. From Recto station, exit and head east on Recto Avenue, turn right onto Ongpin Street. Walk straight for about 600 meters, and you will find the Binondo Chinatown Arch at the intersection of Ongpin and Padre Burgos Avenue.
