From Rizal Park (Luneta), take a jeepney heading to 'Intramuros.' Ride the jeepney until you reach the stop near San Agustin Church. From there, walk towards General Luna Street. The Spanish Barracks Ruins will be a short walk away at 53 General Luna St. Look for the entrance on your left.
