Walking
If you are near Rizal Park (Luneta Park), start by walking towards the western side of the park. Exit through the gate towards Taft Avenue and head towards the south. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with General Luna Street. Turn left onto General Luna Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Manila 1945 Historical Marker and Memorial, which will be on your right side, near the Intramuros area.

From any location in Manila, locate the nearest MRT station. Take the MRT to the nearest station to Intramuros, which is the LRT-1 (Light Rail Transit Line 1) and get off at the Central Terminal station. Exit the station and walk towards the south until you reach the corner of Juan Luna Street. From there, turn left onto Juan Luna Street and walk straight until you reach General Luna Street. Turn right on General Luna Street, and you will find the Manila 1945 Historical Marker and Memorial a short walk ahead on your left.
