Car
If you are traveling by car, you can start your journey from Cotabato City. Head north on the Cotabato-Iligan Road (also known as the National Highway). Continue for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach Alamada. Once in Alamada, look for Pidatan Road, which is where the falls are located. Follow Pidatan Road for about 10 kilometers; you will see signages directing you towards Palepaz Falls. Be prepared for a rough road, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. There is no entrance fee to access the falls.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cotabato City heading towards Alamada. The bus fare is approximately 50 PHP. Once you arrive in Alamada, you can hire a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Pidatan Road for about 100 PHP to 150 PHP. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the journey. After that, you can walk the remaining distance to the falls, which is around 3 to 4 kilometers from where the habal-habal drops you off. There is no entrance fee to visit the falls.
