If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Cagayan de Oro City. Take the Laguindingan Airport Road and head towards the Bukidnon province. Continue on the Bukidnon-Cagayan de Oro Road until you reach Valencia City. Once in Valencia, follow the signs to Sagumata Falls, located at WX93+267. Be aware that road conditions can vary, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended. Parking is available near the falls.

To reach Sagumata Falls using public transportation, take a bus from Cagayan de Oro to Valencia City. Buses frequently depart from the Agora Bus Terminal. The fare is approximately PHP 200-250 and the trip takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Valencia City Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle or jeepney to the Sagumata Falls area.
