If you are driving from the main area of Mt. Pulag, head towards the Bokod area. Take the main road leading out of Mt. Pulag towards the town of Bokod. Continue on this road for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the vicinity of Daclan. The exact address is GRC7+MJ8, Bokod, Benguet. Look for signs along the way that indicate the Daclan Sulfur Spring, which should be visible from the road. There is no entrance fee to access the springs.
Public Transportation
From the main tourist area in Mt. Pulag, you can take a jeepney to Bokod. Jeepneys operate regularly and can be found at designated stops. The fare is approximately 50-100 PHP. Once you arrive in Bokod, you may need to take a tricycle or a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to reach Daclan Sulfur Spring. The fare for a tricycle is around 20-50 PHP per person depending on the negotiation. The driver should be familiar with the Daclan Sulfur Spring, so simply ask them to take you there. The journey from Bokod to Daclan should take about 15 minutes.
