Getting There

    If you're traveling by car from Metro Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at Calamba. From there, take the route to Tanay via the Manila East Road. Follow the signs toward Tanay and continue until you reach the junction for the road leading to Mount Daraitan. Be prepared for some rough roads as you get closer. Parking is available at the base of the mountain, where you may need to pay a small fee for parking.

  • Public Transportation via Jeepney

    From any point in Metro Manila, head to the Cubao area and find the jeepney terminal for Tanay. Take a jeepney bound for Tanay, which will cost around PHP 50-70. Once you arrive in Tanay, look for another jeepney going to Barangay Daraitan. This ride will likely cost around PHP 30-40. The final stop will be at the Barangay Daraitan jump-off point, where you can start your hike.
