If you're traveling by car, head towards Malitbog, Bukidnon. From Cagayan de Oro City, take the Bukidnon-Cagayan de Oro Road (also known as the Sayre Highway). Follow this road for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the junction for Malitbog. Turn left towards Malitbog, and continue driving for about 20 kilometers. Look for a sign that indicates Bagyangon Falls. The drop-off point is located at GXVG+CQ7, Malitbog, Bukidnon. Make sure to keep an eye out for local signage as you approach.
Public Transportation
To reach Bagyangon Falls via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Cagayan de Oro City to Bukidnon. Buses to Bukidnon are frequent and can be boarded at the Agora Bus Terminal. Once you arrive in Bukidnon, look for local jeepneys or tricycles heading towards Malitbog. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Bagyangon Falls. The fare for the bus ride is approximately PHP 150, and the jeepney or tricycle fare will be around PHP 50-100. Ask the driver to drop you off at the designated drop-off point at GXVG+CQ7.
Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous, from the drop-off point at GXVG+CQ7, prepare for a short hike to reach Bagyangon Falls. The trail is well-marked, and it typically takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the falls. Ensure you wear appropriate footwear and carry enough water for the hike.
