For those using public transportation, take a jeepney from the city center of Cagayan de Oro. Look for jeepneys bound for Malasag or Barangay Cugman. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Mapawa Nature Park. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the entrance. Be sure to have a small amount of cash handy for the jeepney fare, usually around 15-20 PHP.
