If you're traveling by car, start from Cagayan de Oro City. Take the Iponan-Malaybalay Road (also known as the Cagayan de Oro-Malaybalay Road) heading towards Malaybalay. After approximately 30-40 minutes, look for the sign to Manticao. Turn left onto the Manticao-Malaybalay Road. Continue for about 20 minutes until you reach Manticao town. Once you reach Manticao, follow local signage or ask for directions to Mt. Malindawag. The coordinates for your destination are 8.3684° N, 124.3532° E, which is around 10 minutes from Manticao town center.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, head to the Agora Bus Terminal in Cagayan de Oro City. There, take a bus bound for Manticao. The bus ride will take about an hour, costing approximately 50-70 PHP. Once you arrive in Manticao, you can take a tricycle or habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to get to Mt. Malindawag. The fare for a tricycle should be around 20-30 PHP per person. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. It's about a 10-15 minute ride from the town center to the mountain.
