If you are driving from Cagayan de Oro City, head northeast on the highway towards Balingoan. Continue on the road until you reach the ferry terminal in Balingoan to take a ferry to Camiguin Island. The ferry ride usually takes about an hour and costs around PHP 200-300 per person. Once you arrive at Benoni Port in Camiguin, follow the signs towards Guinsiliban. Drive south for about 20 minutes until you reach Guinsiliban Central Elementary School. Moro Tower is located next to the school.

From Cagayan de Oro City, take a bus to Balingoan. Buses run frequently and the fare is around PHP 150-200. Upon arrival in Balingoan, look for the ferry terminal and purchase a ticket for the ferry to Benoni Port, Camiguin, which costs approximately PHP 200-300. After arriving at Benoni Port, you can take a jeepney or a tricycle to Guinsiliban. Inform the driver to drop you off at Guinsiliban Central Elementary School. Moro Tower is located right next to the school.
