If you're traveling by car, start from Alona Beach, one of the most popular areas in Panglao Island. Head northeast on Alona Beach Road until you reach the junction with the Panglao Island Circumferential Road. Turn left onto the Circumferential Road, and continue driving for about 4 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Hinagdanan Cave. As you approach, you will see the entrance on your right. There is a parking area available for visitors.

Public Transportation (Tricycle)
For those using public transportation, you can take a tricycle from anywhere on Panglao Island. If you're in Alona Beach, simply ask a tricycle driver to take you to Hinagdanan Cave. The ride should cost around 150-300 PHP depending on the distance from your location. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the cave. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in.
