If you are driving from Cebu City, take a ferry from Cebu to Tagbilaran City, Bohol (approximately 2 hours). Once in Tagbilaran, follow signs to Panglao Island via the Panglao Island Circumferential Road. Drive for about 20 minutes, and you'll arrive at Napaling Adventure Center located at Napaling Drive 4, Panglao, 6339 Bohol. Parking is available on site.

After arriving at Tagbilaran City, you can take a tricycle or a van to Panglao Island. The fare for a tricycle is approximately ₱150-₱200 per trip, while vans may charge around ₱50-₱100 per person. Once you reach Panglao, ask the driver to drop you off at Napaling Drive 4, where Napaling Adventure Center is located. It should take around 30 minutes from Tagbilaran to reach the center.
