Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from the town center of Siquijor. Take the main road heading south towards San Juan. Continue driving until you reach the junction at the southern end of the island, where you will turn left onto the road towards the town of Samboan. Follow this road for about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Samboan, look for signs directing you to Aguinid Waterfalls. You may need to ask locals for the exact location, as it can be a bit tricky to find. Parking is available near the entrance, but make sure to arrive early, as places can fill up quickly.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To get to Aguinid Waterfalls via public transportation, head to the main bus terminal in Siquijor. Look for buses heading to Samboan, which usually leave every hour. The bus ride will take around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Samboan, you may need to take a tricycle to the waterfalls. The fare for the tricycle ride is typically around 50-100 PHP. Make sure to confirm the price before getting in.

• Tricycle

  If you're already in Samboan and prefer a quicker option, you can hire a tricycle from the town center to take you directly to Aguinid Waterfalls. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around 100-150 PHP. This option is convenient if you want to avoid walking or if you're traveling with a group.
