If you're driving from any location in Siquijor, head towards the Siquijor Ferry Terminal and take the ferry to Dumaguete City. The ferry ride typically lasts around 1 hour and costs approximately PHP 200-300 per person. Once you arrive in Dumaguete, drive to the Oslob Whale Shark Bus Stop by taking the National Highway (also known as the South Road) southbound. Follow the signs to Oslob, which is about a 30-45 minute drive from Dumaguete. The exact location is F97H+HM7, Oslob, Cebu.

To reach the Oslob Whale Shark Bus Stop by public transportation, first, take a tricycle or a local bus from your location in Siquijor to the Siquijor Ferry Terminal. From there, catch a ferry to Dumaguete City, which costs around PHP 200-300. Once you arrive at Dumaguete, go to the Ceres Bus Terminal (not far from the ferry terminal) and board a Ceres bus heading to Oslob. The bus fare is approximately PHP 100-150 and the journey takes about 1-1.5 hours. Disembark at the Oslob Whale Shark Bus Stop located at F97H+HM7, Oslob, Cebu.
