If you're driving from General Santos City, take the South Cotabato-Maguindanao Road (also known as the Gensan-Maguindanao Road) heading towards Tacurong City. Continue for approximately 70 kilometers. Upon reaching Tacurong City, follow signs towards the city center. As you enter the city, look for the JJHQ+52H area which is the location of Baras Bird Sanctuary. Parking may be available nearby, but ensure to check local parking regulations.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From General Santos City, you can take a bus bound for Tacurong City at the bus terminal. The trip typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arriving at the Tacurong City bus terminal, you can take a local tricycle to Baras Bird Sanctuary. Make sure to mention the destination to the driver, and it should cost around 20-30 PHP. The tricycle ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Alternatively, you can take a van from General Santos City to Tacurong City. Vans depart from designated van terminals and the journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Tacurong City terminal, hire a tricycle to take you to Baras Bird Sanctuary for around 20-30 PHP. The tricycle ride will take about 10-15 minutes to reach your destination.
