If you are in the central area of Tagaytay, such as near the Tagaytay Rotonda, you can take a tricycle directly to Our Lady of Manaoag. Just inform the driver to take you to 'Our Lady of Manaoag Church' located at 333 Tagaytay - Calamba Rd. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

From the Tagaytay Rotonda, you can walk to the jeepney terminal and take a jeepney heading towards 'Mendez'. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Our Lady of Manaoag. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes. After getting off, you can either walk for about 10 minutes or hire a tricycle for a quicker ride to the church.
