Walking
From the Vigan Cathedral (Basilica Minore de San Pablo), head east along Calle Crisologo, enjoying the heritage architecture. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Quirino Boulevard. Turn left onto Quirino Boulevard and walk until you reach the intersection with Rizal Street. Turn right onto Rizal Street. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the Bantay Bell Tower on your left. It is located at 003 Rizal St, Bantay, Ilocos Sur, and is a prominent landmark visible from the street.
Tricycle
From the Vigan Plaza, head to the nearest tricycle terminal, usually found near the Plaza Salcedo. Take a tricycle and tell the driver you want to go to Bantay Bell Tower. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and you will be dropped off right in front of the Bantay Bell Tower located at 003 Rizal St, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in Vigan. Start by riding south on Calle Crisologo. Continue until you reach the intersection with Quirino Boulevard, then turn left. Follow Quirino Boulevard for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Rizal Street. Turn right onto Rizal Street, and you will see the Bantay Bell Tower on your left after a short distance.
