Follow the signs towards the town of Danao City, which will take about 30 minutes. Once in Danao City, look for the port area where you can park your car. Ensure you have cash for parking fees, which typically range from 20 to 50 PHP. From the Danao Port, you can catch a ferry to Hilutungan Island, which takes about 45 minutes.

To reach Hilutungan Island via public transportation, start at the Cebu North Bus Terminal. Board a bus heading to Danao City; the fare is approximately 30 PHP and the journey will take around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Danao Bus Terminal, walk to the nearby Danao Port (about 10 minutes on foot). At the port, purchase your ferry ticket to Hilutungan Island. Ferry fares are generally around 100 PHP and the trip lasts approximately 45 minutes.
