Car
If you're driving to Kansalakan Enchanted River, start by navigating to Guihulngan City in Negros Oriental. From Dumaguete City, take the DN 1 route heading north. Continue on this road for about 41 km until you reach the junction for Guihulngan. Turn left onto Guihulngan - Isabela - Hinigaran Rd. After about 12 km, you will see signs directing you to the Enchanted River. Be prepared for some rough roads as you approach the river.
Public Transportation
To reach Kansalakan Enchanted River via public transport, start from Dumaguete City's main bus terminal. Take a bus going to Guihulngan City. The fare is approximately PHP 50-70, depending on the bus service. The travel time is around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Guihulngan, hire a local tricycle or motorcycle taxi to take you to the Enchanted River, which is about 12 km from the city center. The tricycle fare is around PHP 100-150.
Motorcycle
For those who prefer a more adventurous route, renting a motorcycle in Dumaguete is an option. After renting, follow the same route as cars, heading towards Guihulngan City and then taking the Guihulngan - Isabela - Hinigaran Rd. Make sure to wear a helmet and be cautious of road conditions as they can be rough in places.
