Car
If you're driving from Dumaguete City, head north on the national highway towards Bacong. Continue on this road for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the town of Manjuyod. Once in Manjuyod, follow the signs to the Manjuyod White Sandbar. There is a parking area near the entrance where you can leave your car. Note that parking fees may apply.
Bus
From Dumaguete City, take a bus heading to Manjuyod. Buses leave regularly from the Dumaguete Bus Terminal. The fare is approximately 50-70 PHP and the journey takes about an hour. Once you arrive at Manjuyod, you can either walk or hire a local tricycle to take you to the sandbar.
Tricycle
Once you reach Manjuyod by bus or car, you can hire a local tricycle to take you to the Manjuyod White Sandbar. The fare for the tricycle ride is around 100-150 PHP, depending on your negotiation skills and the distance from the town center to the sandbar. This ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Boat
Upon reaching the sandbar, you may need to take a boat from the docking area to get closer to the sandbar, especially during high tide. Boat rentals are usually available on-site, costing around 500-800 PHP for a round trip. Make sure to negotiate the price before boarding.
